April 2025 Newsletter

Happy April showers bringing May flowers!  Welcome to the April 2025 newsletter and communication update for Catherine Clark Felts' children's books!

See above for a sneak peek into the illustration process.  The storyboard provided by the illustrator needed only minor adjustments.  Stay tuned by following me on social media for additional updates!

I’m honored and excited to announce I’ll be attending the Play, Move, Learn conference hosted by a local non-profit, ChildSavers, as a vendor on April 26, 2025.

ChildSavers is the only nonprofit in Virginia using a coordinated prevention and intervention model to address children’s mental health, preparing them for lifelong learning and helping them recover from trauma. Stay tuned for exciting photos and updates from the event!   If you are attending, please stop by my table to chat and connect.

I’m looking to connect with business owners who are interested in partnering to fundraise for Ella’s Way.  Ella's Way believes that early learning leads to acceptance (E.L.L.A). Their mission is to promote kindness through acceptance of differences. With educating young children about the concepts of differences, companionship, and disability, young children will be more accepting of differences as they begin to form their first friendships (ages 4-7 years). Using Ella's Way children's books, they provide enrichment programs that introduce the concepts of kindness, disability, acceptance and friendship. If you are a business owner or know someone who is and would like to discuss further how to support this amazing organization, please contact me.
