Happy Mother’s Day! Welcome to the May 2025 newsletter and communication update for Catherine Clark Felts' children's books!

Hello and welcome!

Thank you for reading my monthly newsletter! I greatly appreciate your interest in my children’s picture books, including Jude's Best Worst Day Ever, Tina and the Mysterious Case of Dance-itis, and other exciting upcoming titles!

Exciting news! Tina and the Mysterious Case of Dance-itis is available for pre-order NOW!!!

Additional titles will be announced soon as progress continues on Rocky Knickerbocker, Mess-Making-Gremlins, and K.D.’s Journey are being finalized!

A heartfelt thank you to ChildSavers for the opportunity to join the Play, Move, Learn CDS educators conference as a vendor on April 26, 2025! It was an honor to meet all the amazing people who have such an incredible influence and impact on children in Virginia.

Also, a huge thank you to my mom for joining me!!!

I’m also honored and grateful for the generosity and kindness shown by a fellow author I had the pleasure of meeting at the ChildSavers conference. Blair Cousins, @Blair_everywhere 📚 —an accomplished sci-fi, fantasy, and horror writer—not only purchased *four* of my books, but also donated them to another amazing nonprofit, Ella’s Way!

Two copies of Jude’s Best Worst Day Ever and two of Tina and the Mysterious Case of Dance-itis will soon find their way into the hands of children through donation packages. I’m so thankful to Blair—not just for the purchase and donation, but also for the meaningful conversation and valuable guidance from a more seasoned author.

I’ll be attending two events in May and hope to see you there!

The Toddler Fair on Saturday May 17th from 10 AM - 1 PM at Petersburg High School (3101 Johnson Rd, Petersburg, VA 23805)!
- 🎉 This event features a petting zoo, exciting prizes, Pre-K registration, community resources, and so much more!
- ✨📚 Bring your little ones for a day of fun and learning!

Chesterfield County Public Library Local Author Book Fair Saturday May 31 at the Meadowdale Library from 10:00AM-1:00PM ET.
