November 2024 Newsletter

Happy Thanksgiving Y'all!  Welcome to the November 2024 newsletter and communication update for Catherine Clark Felts' children's books!

Hello and welcome!

Thank you for joining my monthly newsletter!   I greatly appreciate your interest in my book, Jude's Best Worst Day Ever, and in the upcoming projects that I'm working on!

The launch date for Jude’s Best Worst Day Ever has been confirmed!  Please join me live at Grant Coffee Company on Saturday November 16 from 12:30PM EST to 1:30PM EST to share in this magical moment.

EVENT: Catherine Clark Felts’ First Children’s Picture Book Launch: Jude’s Best Worst Day Ever

WHERE: Grant Coffee Company, 11884 Chester Village Dr, Chester, VA 23831

WHEN: Saturday November 16 from 12:30PM EST to 1:30PM EST

I’ll be reading Jude’s Best Worst Day Ever and will have copies on hand for purchase and signing.  Those who attend can sign up for a chance to win a free copy of the book.  I’ll also be sharing exciting details regarding my collaboration with the children's book non-profit ELLA's Way.  If you haven’t followed me on Facebook yet, please do so and check out the public event.  Let me know if you will be able to attend!

I would be beyond grateful to anyone who supported my book launch, attending either in-person or virtually, and shared in the joy and excitement of this momentous occasion.

A special thank you to Grant Coffee Company in Chester, VA for generously providing a space for the launch event.  A huge thank you to the talented illustrators, Carla and James Ramos.  Also, a continued special thank you to Inner Peace Press for publishing my first children’s picture book!

If you have any interest in an onsite event, a virtual event, or would like to share contact information for friends at bookstores, libraries, schools, etc. where I can share and read my book in person, please let me know!!!

Another of my stories, Tina and the Mysterious Case of Dance-itis, is ready to be reviewed by illustrators.  I hope to have a more light-hearted and inspiring book for young readers and their families ready by Spring 2025.

A third book is in the works, which I anticipate will have a unique illustration style.  Although the title has yet to be finalized, the Mess-Making-Gremlins story I hope will bring a smile to many faces, both young and old.

I am beyond grateful and excited to share this journey with you!

Much appreciation,
Catherine Clark Felts
